3. Upload selected files
There are two upload options available:
- upload manually selected images. In this case you browse your images and select where each image will be uploaded
- upload an entire images' folder: all JPGs in that folder will be selected for the upload
For any upload, ProStockMaster verifies every selected image for the metadata validity.
Only images with valid metadata will be uploaded.
ProStockMaster marks images with no metadata or with incorrect metadata as invalid and drops them from the list of uploads.
The application shows a confirmation dialog allowing you to verify and to confirm
the uploads list before the upload actually starts.
When the upload finishes, ProStockMaster shows you the upload statistics window.
Actually, that's all!
If you have followed these simple steps you have already uploaded your images to multiple stock photo agencies.
Now all your uploaded images will show tracking information: when and where every image was uploaded, and what is its current status on that site.
The yellow status icon next to the site name means that the image was succesfully uploaded to that site and it is now waiting for editors approval.
Note that images are typically uploaded to "unfinished" zone (each site calls this zone differently).
In most cases you have to finalize your submission by selecting image' categories and adding appropriate model releases.
We are working on further automation of this procedure for every supported stock agency.
